Top 10 Marvel Mutants

1. Beyonder (Inhuman)- Beyonder was a mutant Inhuman who already had unspecified powers, then entered the Terrigen Mists and had those powers increased exponentially. It is unclear whether his power under this retcon is greater of lesser than the Cosmic Cube version of the Beyonder, or if it is even at the level of Pre-Retcon Beyonder. He was able to create a replica of Manhattan, including its normal and super-powered citizens, a feat that would certainly fall within the power of a sentient Cosmic Cube.Post Retcon Beyonder has reality warping powers, but not as powerful as other versions.Either he is holding back, or just his limitation. Remains to be seen. Beyonder has Hulk level strength, cellular replication, super durability, and superhuman intelligence. Along with his reality altering powers. This version is Nigh-Omnipotent.

2. Franklin Richards- Franklin Richards has been stated to be an Omega Level Mutant. The Celestials have described him as being Beyond Omega Classification.

3. Jean Gray (Phoenix)- Jean is also an Omega Level Mutant. The highest point of power a mutant can ever reach without outside forces she obtains high omega level telekinetic and telepath, Jean has gained near limitless powers as a recurrent host of the Phoenix Force.

4. En-Sabah-Nur- Apocalypse Is easily one of the most powerful mutants who ever lived. After exposure to the Celestial Ship, all of Apocalypse's powers have been enhanced far beyond their original limits.

5. Absolon Mercator- Absolon Mercator has been stated to be an Omega Level Mutant. He has been described to be extremely powerful, even considering the Omega-level Mutants standards.

6. Emma Frost- Emma Frost possessed telepathic abilities of a similar, or slightly lower, caliber to those of Charles Xavier, over which she had an extremely refined level of skill. Frost has been cited as a "World-class telepath", "Omega Class Telepath" and a "Psi of the Highest Order" capable of extraordinary telepathic feats. However it was revealed her telepathic powers were greatly damaged by the Phoenix Force, thought she still possesses them.

7. Charles Xavier- Professor Charles Xavier is an Omega Class Telepath, and possesses vast psionic powers

8. Magneto- Magneto is a mutant, and has been stated on several occasions to be one of the most powerful mutants high metal control of Omega Class.

Top 15 Marvel Cosmic Beings

http://otakurpgheaven.proboards.com/thread/217/marvel-top-15-cosmic-beings

1. Beyonder (Original Origin) - The Beyonder was originally from an infinite realm beyond the Marvel Multiverse, called the Beyond-realm, and was the sum of everything outside the multiverse (our multiverse was a drop in the sea compared to the Beyond-realm). It became self aware and formed a being of immeasurable power. (He was originally described as millions of times more powerful than the entire multiverse.)

2. The Living Tribunal - is the judge of the cosmic entities who ensures that the cosmic laws are obeyed, and safeguards the multiverse from mystical imbalance. It has declared itself to "transcend the realms of Death and Eternity, Order and Chaos. All the opposing realities", likening itself to all spectra and scales of dualities and balance. Before the Living Tribunal can act his three faces must reach a unanimous verdict; these represent Necessity, Vengeance and Equity. It claims to act as a representative for an even higher being, that has never been explicitly shown. The Tribunal is generally considered to be the most powerful of all known cosmic entities, although Mephisto compared him to merely "the biggest kid in the schoolyard", adding that he is none too forthcoming about the "headmaster". Note that the Tribunal rules over all of the Marvel Universe's alternate versions as well; an M-Body of the Living Tribunal is present in each universe of the Marvel multiverse.

3. Protege - Protege was a cosmic entity, the child-like ruler of the Universal Church of Truth. And was able to copy The Living Tribunal nigh-omnipotent powers.

4. Celestials - A race of cosmic beings with several human-like qualities. Apparently, they guide cosmic evolution to create new beings such as themselves, and possess power enough to create entire universes, or contain such within themselves they have numerous possible origins.

5. Death - Embodies the end that eventually comes to all living things, ranging from single cell organisms, sentient mortal beings to the universe itself. The opposite of Eternity. The Living Tribunal likened Death to vengeance.

6.Oblivion - The counterpart of Death, but appears as a male. Embodies the nothingness from which everything came and will eventually return to. Perhaps better described as "the other side of the coin," and not as a fully separate entity from Death.

7. Galactus - The devourer of worlds and sole survivor of the destruction of the previous universe, reborn in the Big Bang as a "galactic ravager". Although not an abstract, non-corporeal being, his true form is unknown. He has stated that he exists to rectify the imbalances of Eternity and Death, prevents Abraxas' destructive influence on the universe, and in one alternate future initiates the creation of the next universe. The Silver Surfer has stated that Galactus' death would cause an explosion with a span of 42 light years, and Eternity has stated that Galactus' death would result in the eventual collapse of the universe. Eternity has referred to him as the "third force of the universe", he has called Eternity "father", and Death has called him "my husband and father, my brother and son", as they were "born at the same moment" and are "two corners of that great triangle which is the universe". The Living Tribunal likened Galactus to equity.

8.Master Order - Embodies the universal concept of Order. Opposite of Lord Chaos. Likened to necessity by the Living Tribunal.

9.Lord Chaos - Embodies the universal concept of Chaos. Opposite of Master Order. Together with Master Order, Lord Chaos claims to be responsible for assigning fates to mortals. Likened to vengeance by the Living Tribunal.Master Order and Lord Chaos created the In-Betweener as a balance between them.

10. In-Betweener - Represents the synthesis between all concepts within the universe, such as life and death, order and chaos, love and hate, god and man, impotence and omnipotence. However, it resents its servitude to Order and Chaos, and has tried to break free several times. The In-Betweener was directly created by Order and Chaos and is looked upon by them as an agent. The Living Tribunal likened it to equity.

11. Eternity - Sentience and de facto supreme being of the universe. Sometimes acts in conjunction with its counterpart, Infinity. When talking to the Silver Surfer about various universal trinities the Living Tribunal likened Eternity to necessity.

12. Infinity - The counterpart of Eternity, but appears as a female. Believed to embody the concept of space, and along with Eternity embodies the space/time continuum. Perhaps better described as "the other side of the coin," and not as a fully separate entity from Eternity.

13. Cosmic Cubes - Objects of great power. Not always cubical, and in such cases referred as "cosmic containment units". Created by the Beyonders to test the concept of desire in mortal beings. They can grant wishes, but eventually are "born" into individual entities. The Shaper of Worlds, Kubik, and Kosmos are all former cosmic cubes. Possess power enough to erase galaxies from existence, attain galactic size and create universes, or collapse one upon itself.

14. The Phoenix Force/Jean Grey - The Phoenix is the culmination of all psionic energy that exists, has existed, or ever will exist, via sentient life, it has been described as "a manifestation of the Prime Life-force" and "the passion of creation". In the universe which existed before the current Marvel Universe, the Phoenix Force saved all life from damnation, ensuring that Galan of Taa remained alive long enough to meet and unite with the Sentience of the Universe, to be reborn as Galactus in the current creation. It has a tendency to materially manifest via telepathic mortals at which times it is often portrayed as being a powerful force throughout the Marvel universe. At other times, it is known to exist as a non-conscious essence of nature, devoid of interaction with the physical realms. The Phoenix Force is usually associated with the mortal mutant Jean Grey who serves as avatar/host of the Phoenix Force. Jean Grey has now actually become one with the Force, with all others merely serving as temporary vessels.

15. Deathurge - Embodiment of suicide, and herald of Oblivion, capable of killing virtually anything, including cosmic entities, with its assortment of ebony weaponry. Loosely based on the Black Racer.

Recently updated the list please understand i made a few errors and i know alot of people don't "Like" beyonder but it comes to mind even the Marvel Staff at the time noted that PR-Beyonder even was on par with TOAA and when Jim Shooter left the chief was mad and took over so Beyonder "ORIGINAL ORIGIN" is at the top since not even the living tribunal couldn't truly stop him naming that he even had "Omnipotence" so if you don't like the list or want me to re-make it just ask me.

Online Rp Rules For All Forums

  1. 1.
Pick a universe you know well. Don't join a universe that you've never heard about or dislike; it cuts in with the whole experience. If your friend wants you to join a universe you've heard nothing about, look it up, read the books, watch the movies/shows, etc. Get familiar with your universe before you start.
  1. 2
Choose your favorite character (or make an original one) Picking one that you think you relate to in real life is tricky, so try picking your absolute favorite character. If you don't have one, make one up.
  2. 3
Don't make your OC (original character) be an absolute God. Roleplayers hate it when they see an OC who's "God of the universe" and is totally "impenetrable." Making an absolute God won't help you make friends.
  3. 4
Don't use text talk. Y u no reply 2 me? No. Don't do that.
  4. 5
Sex: The Rules In A Nutshell. Don't roleplay-rape anyone (yeah, it exists, and happens), don't have sex in comments, don't upload sexually provocative pictures unless both parties are dressed and/or no genitalia is exposed, don't put "I'm so horny" in your status, don't put words like "horny slut" or "submissive whore" in your display name, and if you're in a relationship, don't go off and do other people.
  5. 6
Layouts. Don't make the layouts of all layouts and express how yours is the bomb and everyone else's suck. That's not cool, nor is it going to help you get any storylines going.
  6. 7
Don't one-line (unless it's a preference with someone you're roleplaying with). Most people prefer at least a single paragraph, but some others allow one-lining. Just make sure you check the other person's preference (usually in the form of Roleplaying Rules in blogs) before trying to roleplay with others.
  7. 8
Don't steal anything, from anyone. This includes layout designs, storyline ideas, pictures, display names, biographies, roleplaying rules, etc. Don't be afraid to ask someone if you can copy something, 9 times out of 10 they'll say "Yes," and they'll expect credit so whatever you borrowed from someone, make sure you write "Credit to: [name]" under whatever you took.
  8. 9
Drama. Ah, drama. A Roleplayer's worst pet peeve. Roleplayers mainly hate all the real life drama other's bring in for attention. Don't be that person that sends a million bulletins/journals about your real life issues. If you have a problem in real life, talk with a friend in comments, messages, or on IM. Don't broadcast it to the world. However, you are allowed to broadcast in a journal that you'll limit your activity because of a death, school/work, problems in the family, etc. Just don't go overboard. Don't post a million statuses about how your parents are annoying. We all have annoying parents. Also, don't claim that you're going to retire, and then be all "oh wait, never mind." That pisses people off the most. If you're going to retire, think about it thoroughly and don't broadcast it prematurely just so you can watch everyone beg you to stay. Retiring is a personal decision.
  9. 10
God Mod, AKA Autoing. God-modding is basically being impenetrable and indestructible in every possible way. Don't do this, even if you are roleplaying a God of some sort. Remember: if your character gets killed in a particular storyline, you do not have to declare early retirement and kill off your character completely. Also, autoing is when you try to hit someone and they somehow "always hit without missing." This can also be called character controlling, controlling other characters, etc. It's insulting to the other roleplayer if you suddenly -throw a tomahawk at them with no chance of escaping- because it's pointless.
  10. 11
Be The Nice Guy/Girl. Accept constructive criticism, be nice, don't take things said in roleplay so personally, so make friends, chat up the forum, etc. Be easy to get along with, and great roleplaying opportunities shall come your way.
  11. 12
The "Professional Roleplayer" does not exist. Don't call yourself "professional" because you "act like your character in real life" or you've been Roleplaying your character for so long that "you know everything about them." The only "professional" is the man/woman/group who created the universe you're roleplaying in.
  12. 13
Owning a RPG (Roleplaying Group). Don't go mad with power. If you want to assign moderators of the group, don't let them all be other accounts you have control over, especially if no one knows that those accounts are you (that's called sock puppeteering). It's not fun if you get people to join only to declare supreme power over them, because that'll make you look like a control freak and it'll cause people to leave. Let the members of the group be independent and if they don't want to participate sometimes then let them be. Only talk to them if they turn down opportunities consistently.
  13. 14
Hanging out in Chat zys. If you want to start a Chatzy, don't be extremely strict about it. Ban people if they're being rude to other members, not if you just simply don't like them. Also, if someone is being mean to another person, don't back them up because you think it's funny. Remember, not everyone in there is having as much fun as you, and don't act like you're entitled to do something and others that accidentally do the same thing you do are copycats. Be nice, and again, don't declare supreme power by giving certain people administrator rights and playing around with the rights with one or two other people. Be nice, courteous, don't single others out, and don't gang up on someone.
